You'll talk one-on-one with a knowledgeable,
well-qualified representative who will be able to share current information
with you, answer your questions or take your order in a friendly, personal
but professional manner.

Custom Made
Your order will be made just for you.
Customers can choose from two model sizes and select from a variety of
colors of true granite or a metallic synthetic bases for the KKS-100 series.
The KKS-296 stainless steel base comes with a baked-on finish in a variety
of colors. Eight to 10 icon selections are offered in each size. Specific
icons can be personalized with either initials or one of over 60 design
options. The likeness of a remembered individual can be hand-etched onto
a circular icon. From your instructions, our well-trained, experienced
technicians will then create your Peace LightTM. If you have
special needs, we'll do our best to work with you. Your memorial light
will come ready to mount with instructions and granite sealant.

Testing
Before being shipped, your Peace LightTM
will be tested numerous times. These tests ensure that every Peace LightTM
is not only charging but lighting properly when it leaves our location.
In addition, each unit is carefully examined for possible flaws or defects.

Vandalism
We offer a Vandalism
Agreement which protects specifically against intentional vandalism.
A copy of this Agreement is shipped with every Peace LightTM.
Customers may choose whether or not they wish to take advantage of this
offer. If they do, they will be notified by mail when the renewal date
nears and will be given an opportunity to extend this coverage.

Shipping
Our shipping standards will meet or exceed
those of UPS. Our shipping area has been inspected and approved by UPS
officials. Every unit is individually packaged to insure the safest handling
of your Peace LightTM.

Fast Delivery
Normal shipping time is six to eight weeks
for units with granite bases or two to four weeks for units with synthetic
or metal bases via UPS. But, we'll work to keep it in the shortest timeframe
possible. Or, if you desire, we'll ship by second day or next day air for
an additional charge.

Warranty
We will honor our warranty which covers
parts and labor for one (1) year. All components are 100% U.S. made. A
warranty card and individual serial number accompanies every Peace LightTM
ordered.
